大棚管配件卡槽的制作材料及安装
大棚配件防风卡槽作为塑料薄膜温室大棚的卡膜,采用热镀锌钢板为原料,经过高端设备科学轧制而成,防腐的性能好,成型科学,抗风力大,表面光滑不伤棚膜,厚度0.5mm-0.8mm,宽度30mm,高度12mm,可以卡双簧,增加抗风的强度,长度4米--6米,也可以根据用户要求定尺生产。
配套使用的大棚卡簧,采用高强度2.0mm钢丝成型,卡入长度大于两米,弹力强,浸塑加工,防腐性能好,抗老化,表面光滑。是大棚的支架,大棚卡槽也就相当于我们人体内的骨骼。
温室大棚的使用寿命在15年以上。要求设计风、雪荷载用25年一遇最大荷载;竹木结构简易温室使用寿命5~10年,设计风、雪荷载用15年一遇最大荷载,如此就要求好的建材来支撑我们的大棚稳定要求,首先主干建材固然重要,温室大棚配件的作用亦很重要。
下面说下温室大棚配件在蔬菜大棚建设中的意义。
蔬菜大棚最重要的是大棚的保温性能,怎样降低能耗,提高温室的保温性能,是提高温室生产效益的最直接手段。保温比越大,温室的保温性能越好。温室大棚建设还需要考虑其耐久性。温室耐久性受温室材料耐老化性能、温室主体结构的承载能力等因素的影响。

一、连栋温室大棚设计建造特点
1、整体性:是一个由若干环境调节和控制系统组成的综合体,必须总体考虑,不能片面、局部设计。
2、作物适应性:以作物生产为目的,提高透光、保温性能。
3、地域性:不同地区,气候条件不同,温室的结构也不相同。设计应座北朝南,东西延长。根据不同的地区设计不同,在上午光照条件好,照光早,冬季温度不太低的地区可以釆用南偏东方位;如果冬季温度低,早上揭帘晚,照光晚的地区应釆用南偏西方位。要结合当地的气候条件确定是偏东或偏西。无论偏东或偏西都不宜超过10°。
4、功能性:生产性温室、试验性温室、陈列展览性温室、生态餐厅。我们设计的是生产性温室。
